As a subsequent decision to the Supreme Court of India today on the CBSE NEET 2017 results, the Central Board of Secondary Education has decided to complete the remaining steps for preparation and declaration of result and it confirmed a new schedule for the display of OMR sheets and answer keys.
The images of OMR Answer Sheets and Responses to the questions marked by the candidates who had appeared in National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test NEET (UG), 2017 will be displayed for challenges by the candidates, only for two days instead of three days as mentioned in Information Bulletin. The display will be on the 13 and 14 of June.
The Answer keys of NEET-UG 2017 will also be displayed for challenges by the candidates only for two days instead of three days as mentioned in Information Bulletin. They will be on display on the 15th and 16thJune. (notice)
The candidates can challenge the answers keys by paying a fee of Rs one thousand per response/per question challenged. The objections can be raised only in the online mode within the stipulated period. If candidate’s challenge is accepted by the board the fee paid will be be refunded. (reports HT)
The candidates can check the scanned Images of their OMR Sheet & Answer Keys by logging into their account using their user ID (Registration No.) and Password on NEET website.cbseneet.nic.in
The decision of CBSE in the matter of challenges to the responses marked by the candidates and answer key shall be final.
The CBSE is expected to declare the result of an exam for admission to medical and dental colleges in the country by June 26.
There are certain criterion in connection to taking the steps for preparation and declaration of result by the Supreme court’s decision of declaring the results.
