IGNOU OPENMAT XLIII on Feb 4. Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will conduct entrance exam for IGNOU OPENMAT Test XLIII on February 4, 2018 for admission in its MBA and other management programs
The IGNOU OPENMAT entrance test is conducted twice every year in the month of August and February.
The last date to submit filled application form (Form-1) was December 15, 2017.

Candidates can appear for both the entrance tests but has to apply for each of the same separately.
The results of the OPENMAT entrance test are published online on the official website of IGNOU – ignou.ac.in. The individual score card is also sent to the candidate via post.
It is on the basis of score card that university will decide whether the candidate has qualified for admission or not. The university releases a cut-off list depending on the scores.
The IGNOU OPENMAT entrance test consists of questions on the topics of – General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning.

If you have qualified the OPENMAT results stay valid for 2 subsequent semesters. After clearing OPENMAT a candidate can then apply for admission using specialised Application Form (Form-2).
The IGNOU OPENMAT entrance test scores are also used in admission to other various Post Graduate Specialisation Diplomas at IGNOU such as Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM), Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM), Post-Graduate Diploma in Operations Management (PGDOM), Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (PGDMM) and Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Markets Practice (PGDFMP).
