The Combined Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) has being conducted again by the Indian Air Force for all those candidates who could not appear for it on the original date. The date for the AFCAT test now is September 17.
In a press release it was said that candidates who were allotted exam centres in North East India for AFCAT 02/2017 on August 27 and were unable to appear in the exam due to disruption in rail and road traffic caused by floods can now appear for the supplementary AFCAT exam on September 17 at Guwahati Centre.
If any candidates wish to avail this opportunity of appearing for the test must send a request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. They need to provide certain details: Name, AFCAT Number, AFCAT Centre and EKT Branch not later than September14.
In turn, they will be notified with Address of exam centre with the time of reporting through email/SMS.
The candidates must also carry the admit cards that were issued earlier and adhere to all other instructions therein.
Candidates who have already appeared for appeared for AFCAT 02/2017 on August 27 at any centre are not eligible to appear in the supplementary AFCAT on September 17.
