According to IIT director Surendra Kumar, the JAB discussed and decided on these issues in its meeting on August 23.

As per the decisions of the JAB, the answer paper of JEE-2010 is a machinegradable Optical Response Sheet (ORS). These sheets are scrutinised and graded with extreme care after the examination. No photocopies of the machine-gradable sheets will be made available.

Candidates will get to know their All India Ranks (AIR) and Category ranks through JEE websites on May 26, 2010. The board will also put out the answers of the questions on its website to help students make assessment of their performance.

Candidates can view their performance in IIT  JEE-2010 from JEE websites from June 3, 2010.
